Reformer Pilates
Pilates is in incredible form of exercise for getting in shape, improving postural alignment and flexibility, increasing strength, and much more.
At Your Body, we design fun and challenging Pilates classes which incorporate modern and classical Pilates movements. Sessions on offer include group Reformer Pilates (5:1), Private 1:1 sessions and 2:1 sessions on request.
Class duration lasts from 45 minutes.
*Semi-private and private sessions may be eligible for private health and Medicare contributions.
