Where is Your Body Physio & Pilates located?

We are located at 1/120 Beatrice Street, Balgowlah Heights, NSW, 2093. Please see below a map to our location.

 

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is two-hour free parking available right by the studio.

What public transport is available?

The 132 and Northern Beaches Hop, Skip & Jump bus routes connect the studio to the nearby suburbs of Balgowlah, North Balgowlah, Seaforth, Manly Vale, Brookvale, Fairlight and Manly.

The 171X also connects to the Sydney CBD during rush hour.

How long do Physiotherapy sessions and Pilates classes last?

Your Body’s Physio sessions are 45 minutes long for initial consultations and either 30 or 45 minutes for recurring visits depending on patient preference and specific treatment requirements.

Pilates classes and sessions last from 45 minutes up to one hour.

What is the accessibility of the studio?

The studio is located on level one and has stairs upon entry. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral from your GP for a Physiotherapy session. However, your GP may be required to refer you to make a Medicare or Workers Compensation claim. Please contact your GP or Your Body for more information.

Can I claim a rebate from my health fund?

Yes. HICAPS contributions are available for eligible private health claims against Physio and clinical Pilates sessions. Amounts vary depending on the level of your health cover.

What do I need to bring?

You don’t need to bring anything along, though we recommend you wear comfortable clothing for Physio sessions. Shorts are recommended for leg or ankle injuries.

For Pilates classes, we suggest you bring your own towel and a bottle of water. We provide Pilates mats but welcome you to bring your own if preferred.

What is your cancellation policy?

If any amendments are needed to your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within a 24-hour period of your physiotherapy appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee and late Pilates cancellations will be charged at the full class rate.

Is Your Body Physio & Pilates COVID Safe?

Yes, Your Body Physio & Pilates is registered and compliant with the NSW Government COVID Safe Program. When attending the studio in person, you will be asked to register via the QR code available at reception. To help ensure the safety of your information, Your Body has registered with Service NSW to ensure your details are not shared with a third party.
