If you can’t find an appointment time that works for you please contact us with your preferred session time and we will do our best to facilitate you.:

As we are a small business, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours of notice when cancelling a booking. Cancellations after 24hrs will incur a $60 fee for Physiotherapy bookings & 1:1 Pilates classes and a $45 charge for Pilates group classes.
