After four amazing years in our Beatrice Street studio we are taking a leap and moving to a bigger space right next door! Our new studio is at ground level will have easier access for our physio patients, more exercise equipment and space for our Reformer Classes.

Aoife Casey - Owner, Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Aoife (pronounced Eefa) has studied under, worked with, and been recommended by leading doctors, physiotherapists and surgeons in Australia. She has more than thirteen years’ experience working in Physiotherapy and sports clinics, Pilates studios and leading hospitals
Aoife founded Your Body Physio & Pilates in 2020 to share her expertise and proven techniques with the Northern Beaches community.
Inspired by her love of exercise, Aoife trained under the prestigious STOTT Pilates method to become a highly qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. She combines this expertise with her vast experience and education to design unique exercise programs to optimise results.

Lawrence McGrath
MUSCULOSKELETAL & SPORTS PHYSIO
Lawrence is our extremely passionate physio from London with a background in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury management. Lawrence has a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Bradford in the UK.
His expertise include developing long-term management and rehabilitation strategies for patients with back and neck pain, return to sport rehab following injury and optimising fitness goals with correct exercise programming.
When he’s not working you can catch Lawrence on the golf course or down at the beach soaking up the Northern Beaches lifestyle. He loves working with golfers to help improve their game with mobility and strength work.

Rheearn Dib
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Rheearn started dancing at the age of 3 and continued it for 16 years for personal fitness and also to compete competitively. She has completed all RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap and ISTD modern examinations.
She has always had a passion for body movement, as well as teaching, and by combining her 2 passions she discovered a love for Reformer Pilates.
Rheearn combines the perfect mix of flexibility training and resistance work into her Reformer Classes.
